Our Summer session of our Community Gardens program kicked off on Friday, 7/1!
6 of our high school Garden Fellows wrote what environmental concerns they are passionate about and began drawing plans on how they would want a perfect garden to look like. Tapping into their creativity and giving them the space to imagine the different elements of a garden was truly a rewarding experience for us! We hope to continuously utilize their imagination and even use it to make everyone’s ideas a reality.
Having this program be the catalyst to a beautiful People Matter garden is a dream we hope can someday come true!
